Further Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers
Property plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also included in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend labelling distinct parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
More documentation released as part of the continuing congressional process.
